Once the project is finalized, &Oslash;yfjellet will be the largest onshore wind farm in Norway and is in many ways one of Europe&rsquo;s most exciting projects.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">The projects main contractor is Veidekke, and turbines are supplied by Nordex.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">&Oslash;yfjellet wind farm will be able to produce approximately 1200 GWh of renewable energy each year, with a total installed capacity of 400 MW.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">\n<p class=\"mfn-wp-retain\">When some people say something cannot be done &ndash; like building a wind farm in challenging terrain -we thoroughly disagree.
