Eolus Vind AB\nOther information disclosed according to the rules of the Exchange\n\nEolus signs agreement with E.ON regarding grid connection for the wind farms\r\nKråktorpet and Nylandsbergen\n\nHässleholm, Sweden, 2018-01-09 08:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- \r\n\r\n\r\nEolus has signed an agreement with E.ON Elnät regarding grid connection for the\r\nwind farms Kråktorpet and Nylandsbergen in Sundsvall municipality. The\r\nagreement covers wind farms with 61 wind turbines with an installed capacity of\r\n232 MW. \r\n\r\nOn December 23, 2017, Eolus announced, through a press release, a sales\r\nagreement with Aquila Capital regarding wind farms Kråktorpet and Nylandsbergen\r\ncomprising 232 MW. Eolus have signed a turbine supply agreement with Vestas for\r\nboth wind farms and a balance of plant contract with Veidekke which includes\r\nroads, crane pads, foundations, internal electrical grid and communication\r\nnetwork. \r\n\r\nEolus now has signed an agreement with E.ON regarding grid connection for\r\nKråktorpet and Nylandsbergen. The wind farms are expected to be commissioned\r\nduring the second half of 2019. \r\n\r\nBoth Kråktorpet and Nylandsbergen are located close to wind farm Jenåsen which\r\nEolus currently is constructing in Sundsvall municipality. Jenåsen comprises 23\r\nwind turbines with an installed capacity of 79 MW.
