Eolus Vind AB\nOther information disclosed according to the rules of the Exchange\n\nEolus appoints Veidekke as balance of plant contractor for wind farms\r\nKråktorpet and Nylandsbergen\n\nHässleholm, Sweden, 2018-01-05 12:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- \r\n\r\n\r\nEolus has signed an agreement with Veidekke regarding design and construction\r\nof roads, foundations and internal electrical grid for the wind farms\r\nKråktorpet and Nylandsbergen. The agreement is a turn-key construction contract\r\nfor the wind farms comprising a total of 232 MW. \r\n\r\nOn December 23, 2017, Eolus announced, through a press release, a sales\r\nagreement with Aquila Capital regarding wind farms Kråktorpet and Nylandsbergen\r\ncomprising 61 wind turbines, with a capacity of 232 MW. Eolus has also signed a\r\nturbine supply agreement with Vestas for both wind farms. \r\n\r\nEolus has now signed a balance of plant contract with Veidekke which includes\r\nconstruction of roads, crane pads, foundations, internal electrical grid and\r\ncommunication network for Kråktorpet and Nylandsbergen. Construction begins in\r\nJanuary 2018 and is expected to be completed in April 2019. \r\n\r\nBoth Kråktorpet and Nylandsbergen are located close to wind farm Jenåsen which\r\nEolus currently is constructing in Sundsvall municipality. Jenåsen comprises 23\r\nwind turbines with an installed capacity of 79 MW.
