Eolus Vind AB\nOther information disclosed according to the rules of the Exchange\n\nElection Committee for Eolus Vind AB appointed\n\nHässleholm, Sweden, 2017-07-11 13:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- \r\n\r\n\r\nThe Election committee consists of the following members:\r\nHans-Göran Stennert, Chairman of the Board, Eolus Vind AB.\r\nIngvar Svantesson, appointed by Domneåns Kraftaktiebolag.\r\nHans Gydell, appointed by Hans-Göran Stennert.\r\nHans Johansson, appointed by Åke Johansson.\r\n\r\nAccording to a decision of the Annual General Meeting of 28 January 2017, the\r\nElection Committee shall consist of one member appointed by each of the three\r\nlargest shareholders and the Chairman of the Board. The appointment of the\r\nElection Committee has been carried out in such a manner that, Hans-Göran\r\nStennert, Chairman of the Board of Eolus, on the basis of the Euroclear list of\r\nregistered shareholders as of 31 May 2017, has contacted the largest known\r\nshareholders in the company, who have been invited to each propose a\r\nrepresentative to the Election Committee. After such contacts, the Election\r\nCommittee has been appointed.
