Eolus Vind AB\nCompany Announcement\n\nEolus announces the sale of seven wind turbines to KGAL\n\nHässleholm, Sweden, 2016-12-23 08:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- \r\n\r\n\r\nEolus has signed an agreement with German asset- and investment manager KGAL\r\nregarding the sale of two wind farms totaling 15.4 MW. The purchase price\r\namounts to EUR 22 million. \r\n\r\nThe transaction is regarding seven Vestas V100 2.2 MW located in two wind farms\r\nin southern Sweden. Four turbines will be constructed in wind farm Gunillaberg\r\nin Jönköping municipality and three turbines will be constructed in wind farm\r\nLunna in Askersund municipality. Delivery of the turnkey facilities is expected\r\nin August of 2017. \r\n\r\nAs part of the agreement Eolus has been entrusted to provide technical,\r\noperational and administrative services for both wind farms in order to\r\nmaximize outcome and production from the facilities. \r\n\r\n-I am very happy that KGAL has chosen Eolus as its partner for this investment\r\nin the Swedish wind energy market.
