Eolus Vind AB\nCompany Announcement\n\nEolus acquires wind power project in Finland\n\nHässleholm, Sweden, 2015-04-09 18:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- \r\n\r\n\r\nEolus expands its operations in Finland by acquiring a stake of 30 MW in the\r\nwind power project Pörtom in Närpes in Ostrobothnia. Eolus Finnish subsidiary\r\nbuys all shares in the company Triventus Pörtom Wind Oy for 500 TEUR from\r\nTriventus. \r\n\r\nThe part of the project that Eolus acquires includes locations for nine wind\r\nturbines with a total capacity of approximately 30 MW. The remaining part of\r\nthe project comprising of ten additional wind turbines is owned by the Swedish\r\nenergy intensive industry, through the wind power company VindIn. Eolus and\r\nVindin has entered into a cooperation agreement regarding the remaining project\r\ndevelopment. \r\n\r\nComplete decision from the authorities regarding the project is expected during\r\nthe 2015. \r\n\r\nThe agreement with Triventus contains terms of future additional purchase price\r\nsubject to conditions of the project being realized with a certain\r\nprofitability.
