Eolus Vind AB\nCompany Announcement\n\nEolus sale of 14 wind turbines to Munich Re has been completed\n\nHässleholm, 2013-07-11 17:40 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- \r\n\r\nAll conditions for the completion of the transaction between Eolus and MEAG\r\nregarding sales of 14 wind turbines to Munich Re have been fulfilled and the\r\ntransaction has been completed. \r\n\r\nOn May 23rd an agreement was signed regarding sales from Eolus to MEAG, Munich\r\nRe:s asset manager, of the three Swedish wind farms Hakarp, Kaptensberget and\r\nÅsen. The wind farms have an installed capacity of 30 MW and an annual\r\nproduction of about 80 GWh. An agreement has also been made under which Eolus\r\nwill provide asset management services to the buyer related to the three wind\r\nfarms. All remaining conditions have now been fulfilled and the transaction has\r\nbeen completed. \r\n\r\nAbout MEAG:\r\nMEAG stands for best practice asset management for Munich Re and ERGO.
