Eolus Vind AB\nCompany Announcement\n\nEolus sells 14 wind turbines to Munich Re\n\nHässleholm, 2013-05-23 10:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- \r\n\r\nEolus Vind AB and MEAG have today signed an agreement regarding sales of 14\r\nwind turbines (30 MW) with an expected yearly energy production of roughly 80\r\nGWH to Munich Re. \r\n\r\nThe agreement concerns the wind farms Hakarp, Kaptensberget and Åsen, all of\r\nthem established and taken into operation by Eolus during 2012 and 2013. \r\n\r\nThe transaction is subject to fulfillment of a number of conditions before\r\nclosing, which is expected to occur in July. As part of the transaction, Eolus\r\nshall operate and manage the wind farms on behalf of MEAG. \r\n\r\n-We are very proud of the trust that MEAG, one of Europe´s largest investors,\r\nshows when choosing Eolus as their partner when entering the Nordic energy\r\nmarket, says Per Witalisson, CEO of Eolus Vind AB.
