Eolus has completed and handed over the Swedish onshore wind projects Skallberget\/Utterberget, Tjärnäs and Rosenskog to the owner BKW. The projects comprise 19 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 125 MW.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The projects were sold to BKW in June 2023 and Eolus has managed the construction under a Construction Management Agreement (CMA) on behalf of BKW. Based on the completion of the projects Eolus will record remaining revenues from the projects in Q4 2023 and receipt of the payments in beginning of Q1 2024.<\/p>\n

The three projects are located in Avesta, Hedemora and Falköping municipalities in price area SE3 in Southern Sweden, where there is a strong need for new electricity production to secure access to renewable energy at reasonable prices for private individuals and businesses. A major global energy company will purchase all the electricity from the wind farms under a Power Purchase Agreement.<\/p>\n

Eolus will provide technical, operational, and administrative services for the wind farms on a long-term contract.<\/p>\n
