Eolus Vind AB (publ) has published its Annual and Sustainability Report for 2024. In connection with the publication, the Company’s Board communicates its proposal to distribute the dividend for fiscal year 2024 in two installments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The report is available on the Company’s website (in Swedish) www.eolus.com\/investerare\/finansiella-rapporter<\/a>. An English version of the Annual and Sustainability Report will be published at www.eolus.com\/en\/investors\/financial-reports\/<\/a> no later than week 18, 2025.<\/p>\n

Ahead of the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2025 the Board of Directors has decided to propose that the dividend for fiscal year 2024, which is proposed to amount to SEK 2.25 per share, shall be distributed in two installments. The Board’s proposal is that the first installment amounts to SEK 0.75 per share with 19 May 2025 as the record date, and that the second installment amounts to SEK 1.50 per share with 24 November 2025 as the record date. If the proposal is adopted by the Annual General Meeting the first payment is expected to occur on 22 May 2025 and the second payment on 27 November 2025.<\/p>\n

By distributing the dividend in two installments the Board intends to increase the Company’s room for maneuver during a period of heightened macroeconomic volatility due to trade policy uncertainty. The Board’s proposal for allocation of profits and reasoned statement will be published on the Company’s website.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
