For this purpose, Eolus has prepared a listing prospectus, which was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) on 30 June 2025. The prospectus is available at Eolus&rsquo; website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eolus.com\/en\/investors\/financing\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">www.eolus.com<\/a> and at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority&rsquo;s website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fi.se\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">www.fi.se<\/a>.
