However, dividends will be adapted to the company\u2019s investment requirements and financial position.<\/p><p>Developing and divesting renewable energy facilities is resource and capital intensive. It is thus important that the company retains a strong financial position. The Board therefore takes the company\u2019s long-term financing requirements into consideration on each occasion.<\/p><p>Dividends are paid to shareholders who are recorded in the shareholder register maintained by Euroclear on the record date determined at the Annual General Meeting. The payment of dividends is arranged by Euroclear or, in the case of nominee-registered shares, in accordance with each nominee\u2019s procedures. Should a shareholder be unreachable through Euroclear, the shareholder\u2019s claim on the company regarding dividend amounts will remain and only be restricted by limitation regulations. At the end of the limitation period, the dividend amount will accrue to the company. There are no special regulations, restrictions or procedures pertaining to dividends for shareholders not resident in Sweden.<\/p><p>The current dividend policy was adopted in
