All board members have extensive experience in both operational roles and board assignments within industries and companies with active sustainability work.\u00a0The composition and competencies of the Board are described in more detail under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eolus.com\/en\/investors\/corporate-governance\/board-of-directors\/\">Board of Directors<\/a>.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"961\">The Group Management is responsible for the development and follow-up of strategy, priorities, guidelines, and decisions related to sustainability. Eolus\u2019 Head of Communications and Sustainability is part of the executive management team and ensures that sustainability is integrated into decisions and operations.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1443\">Eolus\u2019 General Counsel and Head of HR also play important roles in the company\u2019s sustainability governance and are part of the executive management team. In addition, Eolus has two sustainability specialists and one HSE Manager (Health, Safety and Environment), who contribute to integrating sustainability issues across the organization.
