It also ensures that the company complies with internationally recognized responsible business conduct standards, such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct, standards to which Eolus is committed.<\/p><p>The process follows Eolus\u2019s project development model and is based on the OECD Due Diligence Guidance:<\/p><ul><li>Embed responsible business conduct into policies and management systems.<\/li><li>Identify and assess adverse impacts in operations, supply chains and business relationships.<\/li><li>Cease, prevent or mitigate adverse impacts.<\/li><li>Track implementation and results.<\/li><li>Communicate how impacts are addressed.<\/li><li>Provide for or cooperate in remediation when appropriate.<\/li><\/ul><p>Eolus has a risk management process to identify, prevent and mitigate risks related to human rights and the environment, and to report on how these risks are managed. We are responsible for identifying and managing risks within both our own operations and our supply chain.
