At Eolus, we are a dedicated team committed to achieving success. We believe that our recruitment process should reflect the same level of professionalism and precision that defines our work. Below, you will find an overview of our standard hiring process, which may be adapted for part-time positions, internships, and other non-full-time roles.

Our Recruitment Process

Step 1 - Screening Call
After the initial selection, you will receive a call from HR.

Step 2 - First Interview
Next, you will be invited to a first interview. The focus will be on your previous career, but you will also have the opportunity to get to know Eolus better.

Step 3 - Second Interview
In the second interview, we will dive deeper into you as a person, including your behavior and practical examples of how you act in everyday situations. You may also receive a task to prepare and present at this stage.

Step 4 - Final Interview
At this stage, you will meet with your future manager’s manager for a final discussion.

Step 5 - References & Offer
In the final step, we will contact your references for a review, followed by a discussion about an employment offer.
