What can we offer?
Our vision is to maintain close collaboration with universities, higher education institutions, and students when it comes to opportunities. To ensure this, we hold two internal reviews each year to assess what we can offer and execute with students. Our capacity varies by quarter; some periods allow for greater involvement, while others may be more limited depending on the scope and status of our ongoing projects. The most popular and common student openings at Eolus is internship, mentorship and master thesis.

We believe that working with students is a meaningful and valuable exchange for both the student and us as a company. It brings fresh perspectives, innovation, and new ideas while giving students practical experience and insight into the industry. Beyond this, we see it as our responsibility to contribute to society by sharing knowledge, fostering talent, and driving the transition toward a more sustainable future. By collaborating with students, we help shape the next generation of professionals in renewable energy and create a lasting impact together.
