Your first day at Eolus is all about getting settled, meeting your new colleagues, and feeling at home. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store:

We provide coffee, tea, fruit, light snacks, and other necessary essentials. 

And of course, you’ll find nice colleagues to help make your day even better! 😉

We have 3/2 days rule. Which means that all employees should (if possible) be at the office 3 days during the week.

It is up to you and your Manager to communicate about this flexibility and make sure it works.

We use Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and SharePoint for internal communication.

On your first day, you will receive your computer, mobile, headphones, and charger.

On your first day, we will focus solely on onboarding, and each manager is responsible for preparing an onboarding plan during your first week.

Additionally, we hold one onboarding day each year, where all new hires can meet each other, participate in team-building activities, receive training, and more.

We often communicate and rely on each other for support. Some teams collaborate more cross-functionally, while others do so less frequently. We also enjoy spending time together outside of work, whether it’s during lunch breaks, team events, or casual hangouts.

Yes, each of our offices has a social committee responsible for organizing local activities. We also host an annual conference that brings together all Eolus colleagues.
