Business Conduct
Eolus’ Code of Conduct contains mandatory principles that employees must follow in their daily work at Eolus. The Code of Conduct describes the principles that employees are expected to uphold. Trust, transparency, respect, empathy, and collaboration are core values of Eolus’s culture and form the foundation of our Code of Conduct.
We also have a Code of Conduct for suppliers and business partners, which sets out our expectations regarding conduct in areas such as human rights, environmental responsibility, and business ethics.
Both Codes of Conduct are based on internationally recognized standards and best practices.
Supplier Code of Conduct
Eolus requires all suppliers and business partners to conduct their business responsibly and honestly in accordance with the principles outlined in our Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Business Partners. Eolus expects that suppliers and business partners ensure that their supply chain follows similar standards.
Anti-Corruption and Bribery
For Eolus, it is essential to act responsibly in our business relationships. We adhere to recognized international principles of good business ethics, as well as anti-corruption laws and regulations in each respective country. Eolus Code of Conduct and Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Business Partners outlines zero tolerance towards any form of bribery and corruption.
