About the Project
The wind power project Grindtorpet is located in Nybro Municipality, Kalmar County, approximately four kilometers north of Kråksmåla and four kilometers southeast of Grönskåra (Högsby Municipality).
Eolus is investigating the area for wind power and estimates that the area can accommodate a wind power park with maximum eight wind turbines, each with a maximum height of 300 meters. These turbines are expected to produce approximately 210 GWh of electricity, equivalent to the annual household electricity needs for about 42,000 households.
