Teresa de Cofrentes

The design includes the installation of wind turbines and main access points in Teresa de Cofrentes, while an underground transmission line will connect the wind farm to the Ayora transformer substation, integrating the energy into the electrical grid.
This project represents an important step toward the transition to greener energy, benefiting both the environment and local communities.

Location and Project Planning
The project is located within Zone No. 11 of the Wind Energy Plan of the Valencian Community (PECV). During the planning phase, efforts have been made to balance the wind farm’s maximum energy efficiency with respect for the natural and social environment.

For this reason, the location of the wind turbines has been carefully selected, ensuring appropriate distances from protected areas such as Special Protection Areas for Birds (SPAs), Sites of Community Interest (SCIs), nature reserves, as well as rural settlements, residences, roads, and other infrastructure like power lines.

This approach reflects the project’s commitment to environmental sustainability and respectful integration into the local territory.
